Welcome home Surrey 1

Hugging, kissing, laughing, the odd tear, these were just some of the scenes as the members of Surrey 1 arrived back safe and well from their incredible adventure together.

Despite being exhausted after the long flight home from Taiwan, the adrenalin and the excitement of seeing family and friends for the first time in 2003 kept them going.

As they piled into cars for the last leg of their journeys home the stories began, of how .... well that's a story for another day.
